Samplitude@timdolbear.com I am Tim Dolbear, a longtime user and expert of Samplitude and Sequoia DAWs and active member of MAGIX’s beta team, since Version 8 in 2003. I was also employed by  MAGIX as the North America Product Specialist for Samplitude and Sequoia from 2010 until 2016. I am making my knowledge and experience available to you to help solve your operational issues, and to answer any work flow and “How To” questions. I can also assist with licensing and software install issue. Why Email? I try to answer within minutes, or within a few hours between 11AM- midnight CST. Other benefits:      -I have an enormous support data base I can retrieve answers from, and quickly copy and paste answers into emails for you to follow.      -I can track Q&As and issue specifics. There are too many system specific variables to be able to guarantee a solution to all issues, but I will put forth best effort to resolve your issue(s) or put you in touch with the right team member at MAGIX.  And I will try my best with any and all issues involving third party plugins, hardware I do not support Spectralayers Pro, Music Studio, Soundforge, or any other MAGIX product, Only Samplitude Pro and Sequoia.
